  • Submit a News Post or Twitter Post: Please use this form to submit News posts to the University Libraries website or posts for CMU Libraries social media pages. Submit a Service to the Services Directory: Use this form to submit a new entry for the Service Directory or to submit edits to an existing entry.
  • DIY Marketing Options Spreadsheet: Explore the options for announcing or publicizing your resource/service/event/news. Use the tabs in the spreadsheet to select different audiences.
  • University Libraries Outreach Events Checklist: This checklist is your comprehensive resource for organizing events for CMU student/faculty/staff audiences. If your primary audience is external (donors, alumni, and friends of the Libraries), you must submit your request using the University Libraries Advancement Events process.
  • Monthly School/College Roundup Submission Form: The External Relations team sends a monthly email to the marketing directors at each school/college, with a roundup of news and events to be considered for inclusion in their respective newsletters. Use this form to submit updates.
